Pooly is a cost-sharing carpooling platform for New Zealand. By using Pooly you agree to these terms.

Cost-sharing only

Pooly is not a taxi or ride-hail service. Drivers may only recover a contribution toward running costs, capped at 15c per kilometre per rider. Pooly is not the transport provider.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your vehicle roadworthy and insured.
• Treat other members with respect; unlawful or unsafe conduct may end your access.

Liability

You use Pooly and arrange shared trips at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Pooly is not liable for the conduct of drivers or riders or for any loss arising from a trip.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
